Shipping and Returns

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days unless the item is identified as a group buy item. Group buy items ship at varying times; please check the item FAQ for specific details.

Deliveries are dispatched via Royal Mail or Interparcel services unless otherwise stated. Delivery prices are based on order weight. We anticipate that our deliveries will arrive as specified. However, Paradigm cannot accept liability for delayed or lost deliveries.

We ship internationally. However, we are unable to ship to a handful of countries.

By default, all deliveries are insured for up to £20. Our signed for UK postage option provides up to £500 of insurance. Our signed for international postage option provides up to £250 of insurance and tracking where possible. It may not be possible to collect a signature for international consignments to some countries.

Please ensure that the correct billing and shipping addresses are provided when placing your order. If incorrect details are provided, your order may be delayed.

Contact us if your consignment differs from the advertised specification. Similarly, contact us with supporting evidence if your consignment is damaged during transit. This must be reported to Paradigm within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. If an item develops a fault within the first 28 days, contact Paradigm for guidance.

Non-damaged goods must be returned as sold, in their original packaging and unused. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

Customised or made-to-order items (such as purpose-ordered group buy items) may not be returned after the order cut-off point unless faulty.

Cancellation of orders prior to fulfilment must be received by email from the address used when placing the order. In some cases, a restocking fee may be charged. This is at the discretion of Paradigm.
